We believe worship is not just what we do when we come to church. Our whole life, everyday, everything that we do, is to bring praise to God. With that understanding, when we come together as a church family to worship we celebrate what God is doing in our lives everyday.

As a Worship Team, we use our God-given abilities during our worship services to bring honor and worship to God while using the creative arts to communicate to and enhance the experience of the people who are present. It has been said, "you know your worship team is doing a good job when people leave your services more impressed with God than they are with you." It is our desire to serve the Lord through our creative abilities with excellence and in doing so, bring honor and glory to an audience of one.

Knowing full well that there are as many different musical styles as there are churches, at Abundant Life we have purposefully chosen two musical directions in two distinctive venues for our Happy Valley Campus:

Live Service [Saturdays: 4:30 & 6 pm, Sundays: 8:30, 10:00 & 11:30 am in the Happy Valley auditorium.]
An energetic, contemporary worship service with live teaching that is broadcast to all other venues. 

Traditions [Sundays at 8:30 am in the Happy Valley Community Room.]
A small, traditional church feel, worshipping with hymns, choruses, and favorite songs of the faith...all at a lower volume. The message is a live video feed from the auditorium.

At our Parkrose Campus we offer an energetic, contemporary worship service. The message will be a video feed from the Happy Valley Campus. [Sundays: 9:30 & 11 am]

Although the worship teams main purpose is to lead praise to God, we are aware that the style and quality of the music is many times an important factor when reaching an unchurched community. We choose music and use creative arts that express worship to Christ while being culturally relevant in style and presentation in order to reach out to our community.
