We all worship something. It's how we respond to what we value most in life. Through worship, we have the opportunity to bring glory to God through every action and thought during our day. Our mission in worship should be to make Jesus famous. With this in mind, we work to create an environment of worship during our weekend services using music, art, media and more.
On most weekends at Abundant Life you'll experience a lot of music. You'll walk into service at any campus and be met with a collection of voices and instrumentalists bringing authentic sounds of worship. We use music to focus our minds and hearts on Whom we have gathered to celebrate. We'll also respond with music after the message, with the hope that we can take some time to reflect on what we were taught. During that time we can ask the Holy Spirit to show us how He wants to change our lives through what we've heard.
More than simply music however, songs of worship are prayers of thanks, awe, need, and devotion that prepare our hearts to be changed.
Through worship at Abundant Life, we hope to paint a picture of who God is and to create a variety of opportunities for response to what God is doing in our lives. In that, we try to find creative ways beyond music—using all kinds of talents and art forms.
Our worship teams are made of volunteers who are committed to excellence while at the same time being real and authentic in our expression. It is so important for us not to be faking it.
